Drawing on my experience in Jyotisha (Nadi and Vedic astrology), my long standing practice of meditation and my commitment as a volunteer with Art of Living, I integrate spiritual wisdom, astrology and service to offer a personalised, holistic path to inner peace and overall wellness. 

Through Ayurvedic holistic cooking, I support individuals in nurturing their bodies with high energy, well-balanced meals that complement their emotional health.  

As a commissioned Mithila artist, I create traditional, hand painted works that are more than art - they carry the vibrational intention of good health, abundance and joy bringing sacred beauty into everyday spaces.

Dr. Rakesh Zope is a highly skilled Ayurveda Consultant with a postgraduate degree in Dravyaguna (Ayurvedic Herbology) from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi, and a BAMS degree from Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research, Bangalore.
